Current Projects

We perform many multi-faceted projects to ensure that the business or home is able to achieve all of it’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs. The temperature in New Jersey can change at a moment’s notice. We want to ensure that every home or office we work on can change with it! Below you will find some of our most recent and advanced projects.

New Investors Bank Branch

East Rutherford, NJ
111 Union Ave

Investors Bank was building a new branch in East Rutherford and needed a full system installation. To make sure the bank’s internal temperature was consistent, we wanted to use a top of the line unit. That’s why we installed a 10 Ton Trane roof top unit with CO2 sensor and remote fire key station, ductwork, and fiberglass insulation. We also installed a Greenheck exhaust fan in 2 bathrooms and a janitor’s closet. In the Telecom room, we installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini split to achieve temperature control in a room with many machines that consistently produce warm air. At end of every project, we supply a certified air balance report with a NEBB certification.

New Kearny Bank Branch

North Arlington, NJ
80 Ridge Rd.

We were hired to install HVAC units for the new Kearny Bank Branch in North Arlington. We installed 2 Daikin 5 Ton roof top units with Microtech III central control boards because of the unit’s reliability and effectiveness. In addition, we installed a Daikin Vision Air handler with a Lennox 5-ton condenser and Reznor duct furnace. We also installed a Daikin mini split in the Telecom Room due to its need for a temperature control separate from the rest of the building. In addition, we installed Greenheck exhaust fans in the bathrooms. To complete the job, we fabricated and installed all ductwork and, as always, supplied a certified air balance report with a NEBB certification.

New Investors Bank Branch

Matawan, NJ
345 Matawan Rd

Investors Bank chose Old Bridge as the location for their newest branch and we were contracted for the HVAC installation. We felt that the best unit for the job was a 7.5 Ton Trane roof top unit with CO2 sensor and remote fire key station, ductwork and fiberglass insulation. In addition, we installed a Greenheck exhaust fan for 2 bathrooms and a janitor’s closet. In the Telecom room, we installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini split. The Telecom room is full of computer servers that produce a lot of heat. Because of that, this unit needed to be installed to regulate the temperature of that room separately from the rest of the bank. At the end of the project, we supplied a certified air balance report with a NEBB certification.
